Rules & Regulations

Team Formation
  • Each participating company can register only one teams
  • A team must consist of 4–6 members.
  • Team membersvshould be from the same company.
  • Every team must nominate one Team Captain as the single point of contact.
Event Format
  • Multi-level clue-based hunt
  • Tasks may include:
    – Location-based riddles
    – Quick puzzles
    – Photo or QR-based challenges
    – Light physical or creativity-based activities
    – All teams start simultaneously.
Hunt Area
  • The hunt will be conducted strictly within the Technopark campus.
  • Restricted areas, office workspaces, and secure zones are out of bounds.
  • Clue locations may include:
    – Common areas
    – Landmark buildings
    – Cafeterias / open spaces
    – Designated event zones
General Rules
  • Follow the clues in sequence – skipping clues is not allowed.
  • Each clue must be validated (via QR scan, volunteer sign-off, or task completion) to receive the next clue.
  • Mobile phones are allowed, but:
    – Internet usage may be restricted for certain rounds.
    – Calling other teams or volunteers for hints is not allowed.
  • Teams must stay together during the hunt.
  • No running in crowded areas – safety first.
  • Respect Technopark property, volunteers, and fellow participants.
  • Any form of misbehavior, damage, or cheating will lead to immediate disqualification.
Prohibited Actions
  • Tampering with clues or QR codes
  • Sharing answers or clues with other teams
  • Entering restricted or unsafe areas
  • Using AI tools, search engines, or external help if explicitly restricted
  • Arguing with volunteers or organizers
Winning Criteria

Teams will be ranked based on:

  • Completion of all clues
  • Total time taken
  • Accuracy and quality of task completion
  • In case of a tie, a tie-breaker challenge or fastest final task completion will be considered.
