Rules & Regulations

Classical – Solo
  • The song can be presented in either Carnatic or Hindustani style
  • Maximum duration of the performance will be 5 minutes and 2 minutes for setting the stage. (setting up Mike / Shruthi box etc)
  • Can have live Sruthi box set up if required
  • Maximum entry per company will be five (5)
  • Judgement will be based on taal, sruthi, presentation, stage presence
Light music – Solo
  • Maximum duration of the performance will be 5 minutes and 2 minutes for setting the stage. (setting up Mike / Shruthi box etc)
  • Film songs are allowed.
  • The songs can be presented in Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi
  • Can have live Sruthi box set up if required
  • Maximum entry per company will be five (5)
  • Judgement will be based on taal, sruthi, presentation, stage presence
Group – Song
  • Maximum duration of the performance will be 7 minutes and 3 minutes for setting the stage
  • The song can be presented in either Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi
  • Film songs are allowed.
  • Karaoke can be used as support.
  • Entry per company will be one
  • No of members should be between a minimum of six to maximum ten
  • Judgement will be based on taal, shruthi, overall presentation etc

A general rule for all categories is that the participants should leave the stage within the mentioned time (i.e. Performance time + setting time). Other wise it will result in negative marking.

Classical Solo – Event Registration Guidelines

Registration Authority

**Only designated Company HRs or official representatives are authorized to handle participant registrations.**

Registrations must be approved and submitted through the respective company representative.

Unique Registrations

Each company is allowed only one registration for the group event and a maximum of five for individual events.

In case of multiple submissions, the first valid entry will be considered final.

Event Venues

All events will be conducted in and around Technopark, across designated venues including:

Finalization of Registration

Registrations will be confirmed only upon the successful payment of any applicable registration fees.

Late entries will not be entertained after the official registration deadline.

Participant Registration Limit

Participants can register for multiple events, but overlapping event schedules will not be adjusted.

Team-based events require a minimum number of participants as specified per event.

Minimum Registrations

Each event requires a minimum of 4 team/individual registrations to proceed.

If an event does not meet the minimum requirement, it may be rescheduled or canceled.

Communication of Changes

Any updates regarding event postponements, cancellations, or rescheduling will be communicated to participants via official channels.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once the registration is completed.

Refunds will only be considered if the event is canceled by the organizers.

Event Conduct & Fair Play

Participants are expected to uphold the spirit of the event, fostering camaraderie and collaboration.

Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all competitions.

Organizer’s Authority

Natana reserves the right to modify or interpret the event rules as necessary.

Any form of misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of the guidelines may lead to disqualification.

Volunteer Support

We encourage passionate volunteers from companies to join and support the event execution.
