Rules & Regulations

Towards the participation in procession, An organization can register only one team.

Procession Route: 

  • Start Point: M Square Cricket Ground
  • End Point: Park Centre
  • Route: M Square Ground – Tata Elxi – Nila – Tejaswini/Bhavani Frontage – Park Centre.

Theme: Breaking the Screen, Owning the Street

General Guidelines

  • As there is limited entry, entries would be on first come first serve basis; Registration would stop once it reaches the determined threshold.
  • Teams should provide a SPOC who will be responsible for all the communications between team and organizers.
  • ‌Usage of Vehicles ( Specifications determined by Organizers) are allowed , team should ensure the vehicle used are off good health and posses records to prove the same( Pollution Certificate, RC Document, Driver license).
  • Any exceptions on the above said should be approved by Organizing Committee.
  • ‌Possession Order Numbers would be provided through ” Spot by Slot ” method.
  • Organizing committee strictly prohibits usage of animals / animal aided mobility on procession

Judging Parameters

  • ‌Originality – Originality in design , features and materials chosen for the procession (  Eco Friendly)
  • ‌Visual Appeal of team’s procession, Group manoeuvre, synchronization and movement.
  • Grooming & Costumes – Whether  the entry make use of people and do the costumes enhance the entry
  • Energy: how energetic and enthusiastic was the group
  • Choreography: synchronization, movement, rhythm and alignment
  • Overall Presentation: Spirit of parade (Smiling, waving enthusiasm)
  • Interpretation of the Theme: This category judges the float’s interpretation of the theme

TAB Rally – Event Registration Guidelines

Registration Authority

**Only designated Company HRs or official representatives are authorized to handle participant registrations.**

Registrations must be approved and submitted through the respective company representative.

Unique Registrations

Each company is allowed only one registration for the group event and a maximum of two for individual events.

In case of multiple submissions, the first valid entry will be considered final.

Event Venues

All events will be conducted in and around Technopark, across designated venues including:

Finalization of Registration

Registrations will be confirmed only upon the successful payment of any applicable registration fees.

Late entries will not be entertained after the official registration deadline.

Participant Registration Limit

Participants can register for multiple events, but overlapping event schedules will not be adjusted.

Team-based events require a minimum number of participants as specified per event.

Minimum Registrations

Each event requires a minimum of 4 team/individual registrations to proceed.

If an event does not meet the minimum requirement, it may be rescheduled or canceled.

Communication of Changes

Any updates regarding event postponements, cancellations, or rescheduling will be communicated to participants via official channels.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once the registration is completed.

Refunds will only be considered if the event is canceled by the organizers.

Event Conduct & Fair Play

Participants are expected to uphold the spirit of the event, fostering camaraderie and collaboration.

Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all competitions.

Organizer’s Authority

Natana reserves the right to modify or interpret the event rules as necessary.

Any form of misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of the guidelines may lead to disqualification.
