Competition Rules & Guidelines
An organization can register only one team.
Theme: From synchronized routine to expressive chaos
Each team will be allotted a total time of 10 minutes on the stage including arrangement of the properties.
Each team will be allotted a time of 7 minutes to perform their act and 3 minutes for stage –setup, entry & exit
A team can have a minimum of 6 members and a maximum of 14 members.
Each team can have additional 4 handlers to arrange properties on stage.
Expenses incurred for costumes, properties and choreography shall be borne by the participants/corporates and will not be a responsibility of the organizing team.
The songs for the act need to be submitted to NATANA organizing committee prior to the event, in a specified storage media as and when intimated.
Registrations would be closed when it reaches 20 and those who register after that would be in the waiting list.
The judging criteria and the results are under the sole discretion of NATANA.
Any disputes regarding the judgement should come to NATANA only from the respective company HR/management.
Props
- The list of props (if any) should be informed to NATANA organizing committee and approval sought, (by email) as soon as you finalize them.
- Props like powdered substances, fire, water, oil, flowers etc. are strictly not allowed. Any supersized prop with odd physical dimension should ideally be avoided.
- The stage must be in as good a condition when you leave as when you entered. If you are leaving something on stage you will be expected to bring your own members to retrieve it.
- Expenses incurred for the costumes and properties shall be borne by the participants/organization.
- Costumes should not be inappropriate and should conform to the general guidelines of public display. Vulgarity is strongly prohibited. Any form of obscenity will lead to debarring the team from the contest. Negative marking if participants exceeds the time limit and number of participants Use of cigarettes, alcohol and any unfair means is strongly prohibited.
- Camouflage needs to be approved and authenticated by NATANA organizing committee
- All the participants are expected to carry their company ID card which will be cross verified (just before the performance) with the list provided during the captains meeting.
- A team will be disqualified for violation of the above rules OR for any misbehaviour towards the audience/judging committee/ organizing committee.
- The decision of the Judging panel will be final and binding to all the teams
