The Music Band competition brings together the most talented groups from across Technopark to showcase powerful vocals, tight rhythms, and electrifying performances. Whether it’s rock, fusion, indie, or unplugged, bands are encouraged to express their unique style and thrill the crowd. It’s all about energy, coordination, and musical chemistry—let your band create the ultimate Tech-a-Break vibe!

Rules & Regulations

Competition Rules & Guidelines
  • Only 1 team per Organisation/Company
  • Maximum of 8 participants in a team
  • The on stage performance should be Minimum 20 mins and maximum 25 minutes
  • Teams Exceeding the time will attract minus points
  • At least 1 Female participant to be part of the band
  • The drums set will be provided by Team Natana
  • Any genre of music can be performed
  • If any visuals, AV – the teams should handover the content to Natana
  • The use of laptops and pre-recorded backing tracks is not allowed
  • The team should provide a SPOC
  • The participants/teams should be ready and available 10mins prior to their slot
  • The chest numbers/slots will be decided based on lots
  • The participants should provide HR letter with the participants names and ID’s
  • Only Maximum of 8 teams

Music Band – Event Registration Guidelines

Registration Authority

**Only designated Company HRs or official representatives are authorized to handle participant registrations.**

Registrations must be approved and submitted through the respective company representative.

Unique Registrations

Each company is allowed only one registration for the group event and a maximum of two for individual events.

In case of multiple submissions, the first valid entry will be considered final.

Event Venues

All events will be conducted in and around Technopark, across designated venues including:

Finalization of Registration

Registrations will be confirmed only upon the successful payment of any applicable registration fees.

Late entries will not be entertained after the official registration deadline.

Participant Registration Limit

Participants can register for multiple events, but overlapping event schedules will not be adjusted.

Team-based events require a minimum number of participants as specified per event.

Minimum Registrations

Each event requires a minimum of 4 team/individual registrations to proceed.

If an event does not meet the minimum requirement, it may be rescheduled or canceled.

Communication of Changes

Any updates regarding event postponements, cancellations, or rescheduling will be communicated to participants via official channels.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once the registration is completed.

Refunds will only be considered if the event is canceled by the organizers.

Event Conduct & Fair Play

Participants are expected to uphold the spirit of the event, fostering camaraderie and collaboration.

Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all competitions.

Organizer’s Authority

Natana reserves the right to modify or interpret the event rules as necessary.

Any form of misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of the guidelines may lead to disqualification.
